30+

Years building software
and examining how systems work.

Experienced delivery for growing businesses.

Experience across
the entire solution.

I’m Mark Lott. I build applications and help businesses improve the processes behind their work. My experience spans understanding requirements, designing systems, writing and reviewing software, testing behavior, and putting applications into operation.

I use AI throughout application development, alongside explicit requirements, review, and quality checks. Sapience, Care Reliability, Remedy, and my other applications provide concrete examples of that work.

That experience informs every engagement: identify the real requirement, deliver the correction, and verify the behavior that matters.

How I think

Question the assumption.
Trace the pattern.
Check the result.

As an autistic founder, I bring a pattern-focused way of thinking to software and business processes. I notice inconsistencies, look for missing steps, and question why a process works the way it does.

I use first-principles reasoning: what must the process accomplish, what information does it require, and what conditions cause it to fail? That leads to practical corrections that can be implemented and checked.

The aim is to make the work clearer and easier for the people who have to do it every day.
